In the rare event that your shipment is not received, please contact us so that we can investigate and, if necessary, reship your purchase.  Please remember that the shipping time is dependent upon the method of shipping you choose when checking out.  The general time frames for the various shipping methods are discussed at the shipping options page.

At this time we do not ship internationally, except to Canada. 

If you want to purchase any items for shipment outside of the continental United States (that is, to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada), please contact us for shipping options and costs.

Sales tax is automatically calculated on all sales with shipments to Nevada and Colorado.  All other orders are not assessed sales tax.

We charge orders when they have shipped.  Backordered items are not charged to your credit card until the item has shipped.

Any credits which are issued by us are usually reflected on your account within a couple of days.

If you have a coupon issued by us, you are welcome to use it.  All you do is type the code for the coupon in the requested box at check out.
